Shipping Costs & Calculations
- Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination
- Your total shipping cost will be estimated during checkout
- Actual shipping costs may vary from estimates
- We offer competitive freight prices within the industry
Shipping Methods
- Standard ground shipping available to contiguous 48 states
- Express and overnight delivery options available (see restrictions below)
Accessories and Shipping Exceptions
- Heavy/bulky items may require special handling and separate shipment
- Orders may be split and shipped from multiple warehouses based on inventory availability
- Residential deliveries of LTL shipments require special quoting
- Oversized products (6-8 foot fixtures, light poles) are excluded from free shipping promotions
Delivery Times
- Shipping time estimates are provided but not guaranteed
- Express/overnight orders placed after 12pm EST ship next business day
- Express delivery available Monday-Friday only (no weekend service)
Special Destinations
- Additional charges apply for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- International shipments to Canada and other countries:
- Will be quoted per order
- Customer responsible for all duties/customs fees
- Promotions do not apply
PO Boxes
- Contact us in advance for delivery to PO box
- All orders shipped to PO boxes ship via USPS
- Standard freight allowed criteria does not apply to PO box addresses. All shipments to a PO box address are exclusive of freight charges which will be at a additional cost and paid for by the customer
- All customers to contact the acelightingdirect.com customer service team in advance of placing an order for delivery to a PO box address
- Shipments over 2lbs to PO Boxes may incur additional charges
- Our standard postal services such as FED-EX & UPS do not ship to PO box addresses directly so specialty shipping will need to be arranged at additional cost to the customer which needs to be priced for you on a case by case basis in advance due to the shipping cost fluctuating significantly
- Management reserves the right to refuse delivery to a PO box address
Order Changes & Cancellations
- To cancel an order, contact Customer Service at 727 655 0779 during business hours (8am-5pm EST M-F)
- Changes to express shipping must be made within 1 hour of order placement
- For orders placed after hours, changes must be requested by 10am CST next business day
Delivery Acceptance
- Do not refuse shipments as this will result in additional costs
- All shipments must be inspected upon delivery
- Note any shortages/damage on delivery receipt and notify driver immediately
- Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon carrier acceptance
Freight Damage Claims
- Contact us and we will assist with freight claims for damaged/lost items
- Any damage must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery
Policy Changes
- Changes to freight destination after order placement will incur re-consignment fees
- Force Majeure - our company is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other unexpected events. In these cases, delivery times may be extended until normal service can resume.
Free Shipping Offers
- Only applicable to orders over $1000.00
- Applies only to basic regular-ground shipping within contiguous 48 states
- Does not include special services (inside delivery, lift gate services, etc.)

Refusal
- Management reserves the right to refuse delivery to an address for any reason without advance notice
